ipl stands for the Invocation (programming) Language, a concurrent programming language described by Karl Fant in his book Computer Science Reconsidered: The Invocation Model of Process Expression (Wiley-Interscience 2007).
ipl can also be used as a simulation environment for NULL Convention Logic or any sort of Logically Determined Design.
